Integrated Planning

At TCU, planning is a cyclical process that delivers the University’s strategic priorities. TCU has one inclusive plan, Vision in Action. This comprehensive effort, part of the annual budgeting process, integrates the academic, facilities, technology and unit plans in support of the strategic plan. Vision in Action will be the measure by which the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools will assess the University during the upcoming reaccreditation process.
